⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Nicole at Access Storage on Balm Beach Road is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is one of the kindest, warmest, and most genuinely caring people you'll meet. From the very first conversation, she went above and beyond to support our community fundraiser, making the entire experience easy and stress-free.
She was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and always happy to help. It's rare to find someone who is so community-minded while also providing such outstanding customer service. You can tell she truly cares about the people who walk through the door.
Thank you, Nicole, for your generosity, encouragement, and everything you did to help make our fundraiser a success. Access Storage is lucky to have you!

Nicole at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
I had no issues with a unit we needed while transitioning to our new place, took advantage of the offers and got a very clean new unit.
Thanks again

It’s a tight fit with a 24foot U-Haul getting in around the corners. but the storage units are clean and can hold a lot of furniture. And the location is good. Staff was excellent and had a promotion on for the unit. Will recommend to others that need storage unit

It was an easy process from start to finish, from the paperwork and getting a unit. The lady who assisted me was amazing and help with the process until I understand everything completely.
