Whereas the manager Nicole was very pleasant and willing to help, I was disappointed with the
difficulty in entering or exiting the original unit, 247 The entrance was much too high. This caused a need to back up and drive fast causing the bang on both front and rear wheels. Nicole offered me an alternative unit which is somewhat better., but I still have to use 2X4 wood. We need some form of ramp.

Very clean storage units and area. Great deal for the unit as special was on for 50% off for 12 weeks. Didn't require for the full 12 weeks and easy to get money back when we left earlier than the paid month.
Nicole was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend using Access Storage to anyone.

The manager Nicole was very approachable, explained details well. Provided great customer service. The storage unit was easy to access and clean. For me it was expensive for what I was storing, but I assumed the cost was market average price. Thank you

Nicole, the manager, was extremely helpful in managing multiple issues I had when I initially rented, and a few months after, when I decided to downsize to a smaller locker. She is very patient and service oriented. I'm glad I chose this particular Access Storage site because dealing with her is a charm.
The only thing that should be improved, and it's out of her control, is the buraucratie. So many forms and paperwork...

My first time renting storage. The ½ price deal was essential. The personnel whether on phone or in person were friendly, well informed and very helpful.
