Great service, friendly people, VERY clean facilities. We would certainly recommend!

Ease of use. Multiple locations in the towns I moved from/to. Very helpful staff (at both locations). Storage Units were very clean. No stains, no damage, no vermin or insects and no 'evidence' of vermin or insects. Everything needed for my move was available at the front desk: boxes, tape, tape gun, sharpies, locks, mattress bags, furniture bags, etc.

Very helpful staff to get my rental organized on short notice.

Joe was excellent in making the transition from my fathers belongings from his house to the storage unit in Midland while I had time to prepare for the things to be moved to Toronto. He was very helpful in the communication was pleasant and so helpful. Customer service is great, they advised we would need a larger unit and so appreciative of their knowledge and care. I will recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the support and help you gave us.

A very positive experience dealing with Access storage and Joseph. The unit and site are very clean and well cared for. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. We could access our unit any time day or night that we wished. The storage area is neat and clean always and the people were great to deal with. Thank you so much Access Storage!
