I had a delightful experience reserving a storage unit at Apple Self Storage located in Midland, Ontario. The staff was highly supportive, ensuring that we chose a unit of the correct size. All the paperwork was swiftly completed. The unit was immaculately clean inside, and the roll-up door and latch functioned without a hitch. The comprehensive security arrangements assured me that my belongings would be safe. These included numerous CCTV cameras, signs indicating 24-hour surveillance, and a seven-foot fence with a topper to prevent people from climbing over it. They also offered an attractive deal with a 50% discount for the first three months. I would endorse Apple Storage in Midland to anyone in need of self-storage facilities.

Great service. Needed a unit today. Got a unit in 15 minutes. Best deal around. Clean and secure. Becareful, Contracts are for 4 weeks not a month at a times. We took it for the 12 week special and were promised a refund if we moved out early and an additional discount for leaving an honest review. Thank you so much to the office manager, she was very professional.

I have been at this place for awhile , and in that time they have been putting up the price of the unit This place is a joke…. They put the rent up . And don’t do anything about the maintenance of the yard there was a 6 inch drop from my storage unit to the ground. Very disgusted with this place plus when they talk to the President, he did nothing to try to help me . Basically told me that that’s what the rent is and that’s what it’ll be if you want to go to a place that they just automatically put the rent up every month or every year that’s a place to go once I clean out my storage unit there I will never go back….

We did not enjoy our experience with Apple Self Storage. One month, our payment was due and my husband told them he'd be in the next day to pay but they were closed so he went on their next business day. They charged us a late fee but said they'd refund it if we wrote a 5* review! I preferred being in integrity and paying the $15 and writing an authentic review. They locked my husband out so he couldn't access our unit until he paid the fee. I would understand if we had been very late or if we had been terrible customers but we are professional and respectful and it was a day or two late. The unit itself was fine and clean but I would not use their facility again based on our experience.

I had an excellent experience here with Lorraine and Freya. They walked me through all the various specials and promotions and were very attentive to my needs. They helped me choose the most suitable unit at a very competitive price, and were so efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with throughout. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of flexible options. 10/10
